We have done it. We have locked in a date for our opening weekend, 4-6 October long weekend.
We will confirm all the timings, locations and pricing as it gets closer, just make sure that you lock this weekend into your diary. At this stage we will be running lessons, a SUP'x'PT (a group fitness session on the boards) and we will also demo a XSUP SAC game.
We will be offering a 1 hour basic lesson and 2 hour premium lesson normally, however for our opening weekend only our 2 hour premium lesson will be available at a discount rate. Our premium lesson includes advanced skills that we cannot fit into a normal 1 hour lesson and includes a taste of our group fitness sessions.
SUP'x'PT combines the fun and functionality of a group fitness session but with the added core straining characteristics of doing it on a SUP. Believe it or not, there are a lot of exercises that you can complete on a SUP, even burpees.
XSUP SAC is a fun game that can be played by all SUP'ers on any type of board. A mix between lacrosse and hurling, the XSUP SAC is just another way that you can have a massive amount of fun on your SUP, with the side effect of training your balancing ability on the SUP.
